All orders within the United States are eligible for free standard shipping and are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days of shipment. For our international customers, we offer shipping but additional fees will apply. The cost of international shipping will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. International orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days and are usually delivered within 7-14 business days. It is important to note that Barong Barkada is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Barong Barkada, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you receive a damaged item, we will gladly accept a return and provide a replacement or a full refund.
To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact us at barongbarkada@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide us with a description of the damage and photographs of the item if possible. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
